The McNeill Ranch is in southeast New Mexico and West Texas. The ranch straddles the state line with land in Lea County, NM, and Gaines and Andrews County, Texas. A historic ranch, in the heart of cow county. This property has been in the same family for over a century. This area is known for its outstanding wildlife and habitat, great ranching opportunities, and alternative revenue streams from surface use associated with mineral development.

The ranch has 4 headquarters areas with homes ranging from a modular unit on a permanent foundation to a custom-built brick house. There are pens and barns in several areas throughout the ranch, supplying excellent facilities for livestock sorting, shipping, and management. The major barn and pen facility in the Nadine area is suited for equestrian use, with stalls, an arena, and run areas. The barn has a kitchen, bath, and bunk areas, along with an office. The main home is a 4-bedroom custom-built brick home, with landscaping, and an outbuilding.

The property has a part under cultivation, with a 10-tower center pivot. There is also a large, covered hay barn, ranch hand home, and shop in this area. The property has developed agricultural rights in the Lea County Basin.
