Lovington Horse Farm

The Lovington Horse Farm is a wonderful horse training facility, perfectly set up for any horseman’s needs; but with space enough to grow. It offers the owner a wealth of opportunities.

The farm has a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath; one bath is a Jack & Jill. There is a 2 car garage attached. The home is equipped with a heat pump, water softener and all appliances will stay. There are 2 new septic systems. Also included on the farm is a 1 bedroom efficiency apartment with a kitchenette.

The livestock operation includes a breeding barn with 2 foal stalls and 6 other stalls, a tack room, and 9 covered stalls. There is also a large shop with an overhang on each side for hay and equipment storage and a large round pen nearby. Besides the main barn, there are several other barns for storage and stalls. There is plenty of space to add an arena.

Currently, the farm is planted in Bermuda grass. A Zimmatic sprinkler, nozzles at 330 gallons, irrigates the 20 acres under pivot. There are 2 wells on the farm that feed the sprinkler system; both are newly updated with pumps and one with pipe. The small green area in front of the house is watered with a reel gun off of the well.
